Professional Experience

Prior to becoming an Of Counsel attorney with Legal Origins, Mr. Necula was a Managing Member and General Counsel for Real Estate Immigration Fund, a USCIS approved and designated EB-5 Regional Center. Mr. Necula has invaluable experience in evaluating potential projects for suitability under the EB-5 regulatory framework, as well as coordinating the various professionals involved in the EB-5 fundraising process. He successfully oversaw a $100 million dollar EB-5 financing raise for New York City’s largest private real estate development project, Hudson Yards.

Furthermore, Mr. Necula brings financial investment experience obtained while working at AXA Advisors. During his time there he held the Series 7, Series 66, and Life and Health Insurance licenses while assisting clients in formulating investment strategies, planning for retirement, and setting up qualified plans and benefits for small businesses.
